Job Description
- Monitors live birds shrinkage as controlled and the management are informed of non-compliances attributing to shrinkages and defections.
- Maintains biosecurity measure within the plant premises.
- Develops animal welfare awareness (trainings and seminars) in the personnel on contract with the live birds.
- Makes sure that only disease free-birds (pathogenes) are slaughtered.
- Performs other functions, as it may deem necessary to carry out goals and objective of the plant.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, with a valid PRC license
- Experience working in a Dressing Plant is an advantage but not required
- Has good leadership, management & interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and a critical thinker
- Must be willing to work in Hermosa Bataan
