Job Description
- Supervise dressing operation by handling of manpower, monitoring of tools and Equipment
- Start the dressing operation with the target time.
- Monitor manpower efficiency, studying methods and implementing cost.
- Maintains work flow by monitoring process, observing control points and equipment
- Conducting packaging inventory.
- Manage and prioritize all production processes and implementing all production plans.
- Conducting by product inventory/ Report
- Identifying and evaluating employee training requirements
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science/Husbandry, Food Technology, Biology, or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year exposure in meat processing and/or poultry processing industry would be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Must have knowledge in production, GMP/SSOP, HACCP
- Critical thinker and has good leadership skills;
- Has above average planning and organizational skills;
- Has good communication skills, time management, and with ability to manage competing priorities
- Willing to be assigned in Hermosa, Bataan and Pulilan, Bulacan
