Job Description
- Checks Remittance Report to ensure that deductions have supporting documents;
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining supporting document from Sales and Marketing Department and Customers;
- Checks Daily Route Form of Invoicers/ Collectors;
- Checks unremitted DRs and ensure that these are being verified with the customers;
- Provides Sales Team with Aging Report and Statement of Account to monitor that collections are made based on the agreed terms and discuss any deviations observed;
- Secures Weekly Pricelist of Customers from Sales Team;
- Assists Account Specialist in preparing reports such as Accounts Receivables(AR) and Aging Reports, Sales Analysis, Sales Registry, Ending Inventory and Leakage Reports;
- Serves as an auditor and conduct physical count in stores under consignment scheme;
- Ensures that collections are posted and validated in Collection Receipt Monitoring Log Sheet;
- Trains newly hired C&C staff;
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned ny immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, BS Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent;
- A valid CPA license would be an advantage but not required;
- With at least three(3) years of working experience in Credit & Collection function;
- With above average analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and solid understanding of Credit and Collection processes;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities;
- Can communicate and adapt well with people in all levels;
- Can work independently with minimum supervision;
- Resourceful has initiative and excellent customer orientation;
- Fast learner and can work well on a fast pace work environment;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications;
- Background in SAP system is an advantage;
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
