Job Description
- Oversee logistics and movement of stocks once dispatched from warehouse
- Monitors dispatch, sends dispatch report
- Toll fee issuance and liquidation
- Receives and endorse temporary and final schedule of stores
- Secures returned receipts and submit to Sales Staff
- Coordinate with the sales coordinator of stores
- Delivery truck functional monitoring, repair and maintenance
- Strengthen GMP compliance for drivers and helpers
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, BSBA major in Operations Management or equivalent
- Substantial knowledge of standard logistics procedures and practices required
- Good communication and representative skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
- Ability to adapt to the working environment
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Understands warehouse and inventory computer systems
- Creates shipping/delivery routes and schedules
- Tracks shipment progress
- Understands safety/security processes and procedures
- Must be willing to work in Caloocan
