Job Description
Tasks will include but not limited to:
- Set up CMS websites (like Wordpress or OpenCart) and installing plugins.
- Deploy solutions to the cloud servers in SiteGround and Linode.
- Customize existing websites and do bug fixes.
- Convert PSD designs to HTML / CSS themes.
- Test sites and find bugs.
- Build bots with NodeJS according to client's requirements.
- At times we'll also train you to design systems and create brief requirement documents based on client's requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee other Developers with regards to the clients' requirements.
- Upload clients' data into the new system.
- Perform system migrations.
- Learn new technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or any related field.
- Has any experience with the following
- Structuring, building, and retrieving from databases.
- HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript.
- Backend technologies such as PHP or NodeJS.
- Frameworks such as Wordpress or OpenCart.
- Git.
- Consuming REST APIs.
- Designing and developing REST APIs.
- Understands MVC frameworks.
- Passion for learning and becoming the best Developer.
- Greatly enjoys programming and solving logic problems.
- Willing to work in our office in San Juan.
