It was formed on December 2005, as a result of the acquisition of BOSTIK. With an annual turnover of PHP 1.8 Billion in 2012, at the forefront of the business are its dominant market leading brands, Super Vulcaseal Elastomeric Sealant and the Original Rugby Contact Adhesive, and the BOSTIK brands.
