Job Description
- Inspect all activities from site development to housing construction and amenities based on plans and specifications.
- Issue non-compliance report and monitor its rectifications.
- Report any defective works and procedures to the Engineering Department Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in Civil Engineering works
- Inspection skills, ability to see defects and excellent works
- Toughness in character to face and decide regarding problems in the field.
- Willing to travel from office to the different sites.
- Must have time management, communication and initiative skills.
