Job Description
- Documents, Organize, Design new work procedures for IT Group
- Monitoring and verification of required reports for Top management
- Monitor status and progress of both software and hardware projects
- Assist in resolving problems by analyzing data from reports and other sources and proposing situations
- Prioritize and manage many open support at one time
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiar with terms used in computer hardware and software support
- Familiar with programming concepts
- Strong time management and respects for deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
