Job Description
- Oversee daily operations
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pullouts
- Keep a master calendar of event schedules
- Ensure accurate delivery and smooth logistics
- Ensure that the items are delivered and returned in good condition with minimal or no losses/damages
- Receives customer suggestions and complaints and reports to management
- Supervise incoming and outgoing
- Combination of office and field work
- Organize and update files as needed
- Prepares weekly and monthly operational reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Can lead and motivate a team, has a good interpersonal skill
- Service-oriented, glad to satisfy customer needs
- Good communication and people skills
- Proficient in computer work (Word, Excel, email)
- Highly organized and good in problem-solving
- Has excellent planning, coordination, and leadership skills
- At least 5 year of working experience in the events industry is an advantage
- Willing to work along Commonwealth Avenue
