Job Description
- Advise Top Management regarding the organization, business process and industry best practices for lending companies engaged in real estate loans.
- Assist in the development of legal documentation and process to be used by the lending company in the course of its operations.
- Advise Top Management on regulatory requirements (e.g. AMLA, SEC Licensing, taxes, etc.) that the lending company will need to comply with and how to comply with them.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working in banks, financing and/or lending companies.
- Familiar with operations and industry best practices of lending companies, specifically those engaged in providing real estate loans.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the banking and finance industry, specifically, for lending companies. e.g. Compliance with AMLA, BIR, SEC, LGUs, etc.
