Job Description
- Responsible for managing the overall operations of the Lending Company
- Report directly to Top Management and the Board of Directors.
- Ensure that at all times during the course of its operations the Lending Company complies with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience working in banks, financing, and/or lending companies.
- Previously held at least a managerial/supervisory position in one of the abovementioned companies.
- Familiar with operations and industry best practices of the abovementioned companies.
- Good organizational, planning and communication skills.
