Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible to process annotations, titling, tax declarations of the company's properties
- Supervise the documentation movement
- Monitors fully paid accounts for the transfer of title
- Ensures on-time payment of Real Estate Tax
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration
- At least 3-years working experience specializing in Property or Real Estate
- With Professional Driver's License
- Highly organized & detailed oriented person
- Living within the area of Laguna & Rizal
