Job Description
- Prepare and check of disbursement requests
- Completion and checking of required attachments for prior to disbursement
- Prepare accounting entries used to record the disbursement
- Monitor liquidation of disbursement
- Responsible for filing of all related records
- Other accounting related duties and responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Management, BS Business Administration or equivalent course.
- Organized and methodical in approach to work
- Rule oriented personality
- Attention to detail
