Job Description
- Collaborate with lead brokers to encourage overall developments and actualization of sales targets and objectives.
- Responsible for preparing the planning yearly reports and targets.
- Analyze sales, and performance, and propose recommendations.
- Formulate marketing policies and perform market studies.
- Perform organizing, planning, and preparing brokers' or agents’ events, outings, meetings, etc.
- Conduct orientation and training for the new aspiring sales agent.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have at least two (2) years of related work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Willing to be trained in Novaliches, Quezon City provided the accommodation for at least 2 to 3 months.
- Amenable to work in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
