Job Description
- Responsible for office reservation activities
- Handle after-sales transactions related to the reservation
- Monitor buyer's reservation requirements
- Oversee all admin-related concerns and other documentation activities
- Prepare monthly reports and monitor other databases such as a listing of available properties.
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Must have at least 1-year of experience related to the position
- Possess good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent organization skills
- Willing to be trained in Novaliches, Quezon City provided the accommodation for at least 2 to 3 months.
- Amenable to work in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
