Job Description
- Execute and oversee the development of the subdivision.
- Manage site and housing subcontractors.
- Responsible for final site topography ( cut and fill)
- Implement projects/activities that are based on approved plans and specifications.
- Provide technical advice or resolve any problems encountered on site
- Coordinate with the warehouseman to monitor the buffer stock system

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Team player and has good communication skills.
- Amenable to be assigned to different site projects of the company.
