Job Description
- Prepare all the required documents for permit applications.
- Submit the legal documents and permit applications to local government units.
- Follow-up approval of permit applications to local government units as needed.
- Keep abreast of the updated rules governing the legal permits applications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth flow of permits operation.
- Update database and accomplishment report weekly.
- Attend meetings related to project legal documents as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferably related to Business Administration or Engineering.
- Familiarity in processing construction permits is an advantage
- Enjoys dealing with other people and has good communication skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
