Job Description
- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed.
- Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
- Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate.
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates.
- Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees and renewal of medical insurance.
- Conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month.
- Process sickness, maternity, and employee compensation (EC) applications and reimbursements.
- Provide solutions to employee’s concerns related to health and safety including HMO.
- Process and monitor payment of staff house water and electric bills.
- Communicate with management on a regular basis.
- Conducting research on the effects of hazardous work conditions, workplace exposures, health and safety trends which may include gathering data and reporting findings to the management.
- Disseminate health and safety-related information to employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Nursing or Medicine.
- Must be a licensed Nurse.
- Must have good communication and organizational skills.
- People and detail-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and hardworking
