Job Description
- Responsible for attaining optimum supply source, procurement protocol, delivery and stock keeping protocol from supplier to warehouse.
- Recommend supplier preferences based on quality, cost, reliability and proximity.
- Gather and interpret relevant data such as regular bidding, fixed price over a period, master purchase order for the year.
- Report and analyse the performance of suppliers and purchasing team based on Key Performance Indicator including non-compliance.
- Monitor contract compliance of carriers and other logistics service providers.
- Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and other supply chain activities.
- Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4 to 5 year-course in Engineering preferably related to Civil or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Familiar with logistics and production planning concepts
- Understand contracts and pricing
- Ability to work with individuals at all organisational levels
- Strong project management skills
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
