Job Description
- Perform Human Resource functions such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, occupational health and safety including employee relations.
- Ensure on time payment of payables such as mandatory benefits, utility bills & etc.
- Perform purchasing function by finding the best supplier that can give best cost but meets quality standards of the company.
- Ensure repairs and maintenance of workplace and vehicles
- Perform general admin functions and other tasks assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience related to the post.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
