Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer queries and concerns and providing solutions to their problems in a professional and timely manner. Managing customer queries and concerns includes responding to customer through various channels, transmittal of documents and coordinating buyer’s concerns to the stakeholders. Providing solutions to customers concerns involve monitoring and constant follow ups until the problems have been resolved. Help the customer service section through attending monthly meetings and perform other duties necessary for the smooth operation.
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration course or equivalent and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A work experience related to this position is an advantage.
