- Responsible for implementing the amenities and model house as per schedule.
- Responsible for amenities design and budget in house or outsourced.
- Performs project supervision from award to turn-over.
- Responsible for project monitoring and facilitation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or Architecture.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work in a fast paced environment and fast learner.
- Possess driving skills.
- Can work within a team and good in decision making.
- Candidate must have excellent technical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be passionate and has initiative.
- Organize and detail focused in work activities.
- Candidate must be innovative, creative and optimistic in spite of work pressure.
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
