- Receives pre-signed documents envelop from key staff after updating in performance indicator.
- Prepares batching pre-signed documents, documentary requirements for Certificate Authorizing Registration application docketing. Transfer Tax and all its payments.
- Receives Transfer Certificate Title from key staff after updating in performance indicator.
- Prepares batching of Transfer Certificate Title and its documentary requirements for transfer of title at registry of deed together with all its payments.
- Receives converted Transfer Certificate of Title from key staff after updating in performance indicator.
- Prepares documentary requirements for trust deed transfer and all its payment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
- Must be a team player and fast learner.
- Eagerness to learn and has initiative.
- Must be organized and detail focused.
- Candidate must have sense of responsibility and reliable.
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
