Job Description
- Managing and updating of corporate report database
- Collecting, summarizing & analyzing report data from all clusters
- Documenting and updating of work instructions and approved procedures
- Coordinating with others clusters
- Central point person for marketing documents
- Disseminating of Marketing Inter-office memorandum
- Scheduling of meeting
- Taking Minutes of the meetings of the stakeholders
- Filling & Transmitting of documents
- Updating of company website
- Design and Layout of Marketing advertising materials
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Good communication & writing skills
- Accuracy and Attention to details
- Can work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and has initiative
- Preferably with experience in Graphic designing
