Job Description
- Provide consultative communication and assistance to business partners in driving profit growth, network development, proper execution of marketing programs and conformance to store standards;
- Conducts business review: performance sales, profit, ROI and Product Mix analysis and recommendations.
- Sets realistic and challenging targets that maximizes the sales potential of each store.
- Conducts research to understands and profiles the local market customer (usage, attitudes, purchase behavior, needs products preferred and price levels).
- Experience leading marketing communication projects including digital and media strategies is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Marketing or any related degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in marketing specializing in Food Industry is required.
- Candidate must possess negotiation skills and complex problem solving.
- Candidate must be highly analytical and must possess significant experience in conducting business review, planning and development.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig City.
