Job Description
- Ensure that incoming and outcoming inventory are fully coordinated with the warehouseman assigned in the area for the preparation of deliveries.
- Ensure that inbound and outbound items have proper documentations by adhering to the standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate outgoing deliveries including route planning, determining full truck load to optimize logistical resources.
- Communicate delivery status to all concerned parties.
- Meet customer needs in a timely manner to satisfy company standards and customer service objectives.
- Ensure that all customers are treated in a courteous, professional manager.
- Oversee schedule of all warehouse staffs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Liquor Inventory
- Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Cebu City.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
