Job Description
Watch CCTV / Surveillance of Stores
You will the video surveillance footage as it's being recorded for 6 hours per day, 7 days per week for up to 12 stores. You must be very focused and observant so that whenever you witness something unusual, suspicious or questionable they are able to make a detailed note of it.
The stores you'll be watching are located in Australia, which is why this is a work-from-home position throughout the duration of your employment.
Daily Report Submission
You will need to submit a daily report that contains the following:
- Log start time and finish time of each shift
- Log if staff take any products and if they physically don’t pay for any items taken
- Log any abnormal handling of cash and or stock
- Log if staff handover any Cash or products without receiving payment
- Log any time and for how long shop closed
- Log if any unauthorised person behind counters
- Log if any staff smoke inside store
- Log Excessive use of mobile phones and any unproductivity
- Log lengthy conversations with customers and or friends or family
Store Footage
You will be responsible for the correct cataloging all footage so that it can be easily recalled at a later time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Surveillance System Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in video surveillance is required, certification is preferred but not necessary - we are open to people who are also willing to learn
- Attention to Detail: You must be able to identify small, seemingly insignificant details that most people would overlook
- Ability to Multitask: You should be able to create and submit reports on time while still monitoring the cameras.
- Ability to Work Independently: It is necessary that you’re able to work and stay alert without constant supervision.
- Communication Skills: As this is for an Australian company, having average to good written and oral English skills is preferred.
