Job Description
Tasks of a Marketing Assistant:
- Provide support in the preparation and production of marketing and publicity materials both on-line and off-line such as website activation and maintenance, product brochures, sales presentaion materials and other marketing events and sales activities
- Coordinate the company's participation in marketing events and sales activities (eg. trade fairs and industry presentations)
- Conduct market survey and research under the guidance of senior marketing managerment personnel
- Collate, monitor and report marketing statistics on buying accounts, purchase data and other information useful for effective sales and marketing management
- Develop good working knowledge of Bon Gre products, their features and benefits in order to be able to respond effectively to customers' inquiries
- Perform other tasks related to sales and marketing support that may be assigned from time
Minimum Qualifications
- Knows how to use photoshop and how to digitally edit photos
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access or in similar programs
- Preferably with a degree in Sales, Marketing and Information Technology
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
