HR Operations Manager  

This role will support the Senior HR Manager in building organizational capacity through the design, development, and facilitation of enterprise-wide talent management, performance management and/or learning and organizational development programs.

Job summary and areas of responsibility:

• Compensation and Benefits, timekeeping, payroll and HRIS
• HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance
• Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
• Employee and labor relations and communications
• Rewards program coordination and/or administration
• Relocation services (domestic and international)
• Visa and Immigration services
• Training and Development
• Administration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Regular communication & reporting with the regional HR team

• Bachelor Degree from a recognized university or similar relevant qualification
• Preferably Graduate of Psychology or Accountancy
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Supervisor
• Specialization in Compensation & Benefits across different levels in the organization, particularly in high growth companies.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills
• Knowledge in govt. statutory reporting and tax (TRAIN)
• Demonstrated success in delivering in a complex environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills across different kinds of audiences.
• Demonstrated stable work history.
• Excellent level of English (both oral & written) with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous with good analytical & problem solving skills
• Resourceful and curious (with an inquisitive mind)
• Independent and fast learner (with minimum supervision)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
