Job Description
Customer Business Solution:
- Design and Implement local and network customer requirements in terms of data, traceability, and reporting using Link and Cognos Systems
- Set up Pegasus with requirements (events, references, documents, 3rd party roles, etc)
- Write down operational SOP per customer describing this requirement and cascade it to operation
- Provide the customer with an innovative solution
OC Support:
- Receive, analyze and filter users request and write a functional specification for regional validation
- Support in the analysis, formalization, harmonization of operational procedures with close reference to systems functionalities for optimization of its efficiency
- Generate operational reports for close monitoring of progress and actions taken
- Support in the monitoring of credit notes issues, financial adjustments, and negative files
- Implement best practices in local entity and submit proposals for the evolution of our tools and organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in the English Language
- Process Oriented
- Ability to Translate Operation Problems into user needs, systems request and describes them in the functional specification
- Takes initiative
- Solutions provider
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Graduates of Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, and similar fields
