Job Description
- Organize and manage the daily/weekly activity
- Split the daily work, and advice the warehouse personnel
- Organize the use of the MHEs
- Ensure that the warehouse as the capability to handle the activity
- Ensure that the daily work is done on time
- Ensure that the SOPs are followed by the warehouse personnel
- Ensure the respect of the warehouse’s rules
- Answers concerns from Customers
- Ensure that the MHEs are working and in good conditions
- Report/Communicates to customers service on incoming, picking and dispatched updates
- Provide timely report
- Anticipate the operational need of the warehouse
- Responsible for tidiness of the warehouse and its monthly utilization
- Assist/relieve admin works if needed
- Deal with operational issue
- Ensure the respect of the warehouse’s rules
- Ensure adherence to the QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) Management System of Bollore Logistics, including OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) rules and regulation
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing or equivalent
- Having at least three (3) years work experience in Logistics and Forwarding business
- Fast learner
- Willing to work under pressure
- Can work with less supervision
- Must have keen eye for details
- Must be willing to lead a team from 15 to 25 persons
- Excellent Reporting skills
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Willing to relocate and assigned to other Bollore warehouses: Taguig, Laguna, Clark, Cebu and Davao.
