Job Description
- Assess the opportunities and limitations of the tender (scoring) during the review stage
- Assess client documents, during the preparation stage
- Identify the expected reply format, and other commercial constraints to take into consideration during the preparation stage
- Prepare the instructions for execution by Operations team during the preparation stage
- Manage deadlines with all the stakeholders during the execution stage, and compile Excel documents
- Check the competitiveness of the level of the tender rates with the Sales Team during the execution stage
- Submit the final bid (via e-mail or on an e-sourcing platform) during the execution stage
- Monitor the client’s reply
- Support the sales team in the event that we have to provide arguments for our offers
- Enter the results, and issuing a performance report
- Manage functional reporting line with tender desk relays in countries
- Have sufficient knowledge to assess competitiveness of rates
- Challenge countries when proposals made are not competitive
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's gradaute or any business or related course
- Experienced in procurement, supply chain, and/or technically relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Well-developed negotiation skills
