Job Description
- Responsible for all invoicing or every activity performed for Huawei and enquiries of Huawei regarding invoicing
- Provide timely report of jobs done
- Coordinates with customer, counterparts and OPS for the scope of work required for each transaction
- Monitors and provides status of shipments
- Handles customer complaints and provides pro-active feedbacks to customers
- Gather complete PODs and invoices from suppliers
- Accepts tenders from Huawei system controlling accuracy of cost vs selling price
- Ensures enrouting and POD uploading/approval in Huawei System in coordination with Huawei
- Creates invoices in HTM/Consolidate
- Monitors approval stages in Huawei System (AC1/AC2/AP)
- Creates invoices in Pegasus
- Records supplier invoices into Pegasus
- Monitors every stage of the invoicing process in corresponding report
- Monitors dispatching and collection speed
- Comply with the company requirements related to QHSE
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Business Admin, Logistics / Transportation or equivalent
- Preferably 6 months to 1 year working experience, specializing in Freight Forwarding or Brokerage
- Fresh graduates with knowledge in Freight Forwarding or Brokerage are also welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Fast learner on various data and referential software
- Willing to work under pressure
- Can work with less supervision
- Must have keen eye for details
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
