Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Advocate adept with French communication. The role will be non-voice and will focus on comprehension and written skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Processing French and English questions
- Organizing and tabulating data
- Translating French texts to English and vice versa
- Creating variations of French and English questions
- Communicating with clients through email
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you’re passionate about!
- Available to work full-time
- Minimum level in French (Delf: B1/Berlitz: 5)
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
- The ability to accept feedback gracefully.
- An eye for the minute details.

- You have initiative and are self-motivated.
- Analytical and problem solver
- Your time management and organizational skills are off the charts!
- You can type 40-60 words per minute.
- Very interested in learning new ideas, processes, unique requirements and you’re willing to share it with the team.
