Job Description
As the Team Lead, you are a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting a team of individuals working on various sales processes. The position will require an individual experienced in various sales and marketing. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, who works well with a team of peers and is a responsible individual.

- Provide guidance to advisors and analysts to foster growth and development, best practices and optimal morale in the organization.
- Facilitate training to advisors in your area of expertise
- Ensure that all required deliveries are equally divided and completed correctly to maintain 99.9% Quality.
- Be passionate about learning and developing clients’ unique requirements and operating processes.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge about client’s product and services.
- Understand, investigate and solve any complex client requests.
- Help in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and practicing on what a Boldr leader should be.
Minimum Qualifications

YOU ARE...
- Strongly interested in learning about assigned client, including key contacts, unique requirements and operating processes.
- Able to complete regularly scheduled reports.
- Able to provide updates on processes when prescribed from the Team Captain and / or client making sure that the team understands it correctly.
- Able to communicate any process failure, clarification, or question to Team Captain or to Client immediately.
- Able to motivate the team to meet the daily targets.
- Committed to excellent Client service.
YOU HAVE…
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, and in MS PowerPoint Presentation
- Basic knowledge in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs.
- One year of customer support experience.
- Experience working in high volume support desk environment.
- Strong writing and grammatical skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- 40-60 words per minute typing speed.
