What is your role?
As a People Experience Associate, you are responsible for providing assistance to our most important asset: our people. These duties include maintaining employee records, auditing employee data and information, and providing general administrative support to the Human Resources team globally.

What will you do?
HR Functions
- Create employee profiles on both BambooHR and Sprout
- Maintain and update people databases on HR Systems
- Collect, update, and upload employee information to HR Systems
- Support the HR team with reports creation and data organization to enable data-driven decisions
- Support the different HR work streams by providing relevant information to the Specialists and Managers
- Regularly audit the system to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date
- Data Management System - Organize, sort, and audit the HR DMS in accordance with IT’s policies. Ensure that all files and folders within our DMS are owned by the BoldrHR account.
- Regular audit - Ensure files are complete, filed in the right folders, and records are updated on our trackers
- HR Compliance - Ensure that Boldr’s labor practices are compliant with DOLE regulations and submit an initial summary report to the HR Manager
- Performs a range of office support activities, routine clerical and processing work as assigned
In addition other clerical and administrative duties as required are to be expected.

You have:
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant field you’re passionate about!
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel; mastery of basic formulas. Familiarity with Vlookup and IF formulas are a plus!
- Intermediate skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
- Experience working with HR Systems and bulk data uploads
- Excellent organizational skills
