Job Description

The successful applicant will work closely with a client that offers Physiotherapy personalised services.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must have strong and accurate computer skills and a keen eye for detail.

Admin Tasks:

  • Transcribing Therapist reports/letters or notes
  • Reports - analysing, reviewing and creation of data reports gathered online. Providing a summary of the report through email communication.
    • Emailing of reports
    • Dictate and write the reports
    • Check the report online to review in Australia
  • Data Entry and Data Management
  • SEO - adding keywords to the website content
  • Social media management - schedule posts/images and videos on social media

Weekend Courses Tasks:

  • Recording details gathered from the Attendees after each weekend course
  • Researching and updating Doctor database

Video and Audio related Tasks:

  • Video marketing - Adding intro/outro, annotations, optimisation, uploading to Google, transcription and stripping the audio for podcasts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail
  • Advanced experience with administrative tasks
  • Effective organisational skills for each project
  • Comfortable to work with Australian clients, Physiotherapists and customers.
  • Understanding of Physiotherapy is an advantage but not required
  • Must be driven and show initiative with a strong ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Health-related experience is useful but not required
  • Enthusiastic but professional phone skills
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Previous Admin/Customer Service experience is preferable but not required
  • Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga

Tools and Softwares Experience:

  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Knowledge of Cliniko CRM would be an advantage
  • Mailchimp email marketing
