Job Description
- Perform talent acquisition and recruitment. Handles the whole recruitment process from the job posting, resume screening, interviewing, exam administration and interpretation, short listing, to hiring and orientation.
- Established a network of University employment bureaus, PESO Offices, and other possible recruitment sources and channels.
- Perform background investigation and character check.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management;
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Proactive, can work under extreme pressure and needs minimal supervision;
- Has a sense of urgency and can adapt to changing needs of the organization;
- Willing to be trained, reliable, self-starter, fast learner and highly organized;
- Willing to do field work;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
