Bluebean, Inc is a business process outsourcing company that was founded in 2006. We started operations in October of the same year with 30 seats, calling for various U.S. outbound campaigns. Shortly thereafter, we successfully launched a customer service campaign for one of the biggest telecom companies in the Philippines, operating with as much as 100 seats and breaking various quality records during the partnership. Within five years, we added other accounts to our portfolio, upgraded our facilities, and expanded seven-fold as we continued to gain various new accounts. Bluebean provides customized solutions to business processes such as telemarketing, customer service, finance and accounting, technical, support, credit verification and investigation and data processing.
