Job Description
The Warehouseman supports warehouse operations through responsible receiving, quality checking and safekeeping of merchandise.
- Checks the accuracy and validity of the contents of suppliers delivery documents versus company issued Purchase Order
- Conducts inspection of merchandise especially provincial delivery before releasing from warehouse with the assistance from Quality, Control, and Service Section for good quality and condition assurance
- Prepares to advise for customer's pick-up and ensures merchandise is in good condition, cleaned, packed and ready for pick-up in the releasing area
- Reports all detected defectives/damages to Quality Control and Service Section
- Performs various job-related duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- With working experience in a retail industry and handling pieces of furniture
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna branch
