- Resolves product or service problems by doing the following:
- Clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Expediting correction and adjustment.
- Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Prepares customers' correspondence.
- Provides necessary information about products and service.
- Assists customer with the placement of orders, refunds, exchanges and/or cancellation while attempting to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation and/or refund.
- Provides administrative support and assistance to the head of operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or any related field
- At least one-year work experience in customer service
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
