Job Description

As part of the IT GRC team, your role is to use your analytical and critical thinking abilities to design a GRC framework that ensures effectiveness and identifies gaps between risks and controls so that the IT process in Blibli.com is aligned with the GRC framework.
- Main responsible for the oversight of Risk Management and activities particularly in the area of Information Technology and Information Security. Oversight is thru communicating, validating, monitoring, and challenging the implementation of various operational risk frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure their effectiveness.
- Ensuring effective implementation of IT Risk framework and tools within related stakeholders
- Performing a risk assessment: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
- Develop IT Risk Management framework, controls, and systems
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree
- Having a minimum of two years of experience in the same or related field
- Knowledgeable of how to design and implement the IT Risk and Security Framework in an organization, especially in related industry
- Solid knowledge about regulation or standards related to IT Risk Framework:
- Risk Management Framework such as ISO 31000
- IT Governance Framework such as COBIT
- IT Service Management such as ITIL or ISO 20000-1
- Information Security Management System such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
- Data Privacy such as IAPP
- Understanding regulation and policy related to Information Technology, Security, Privacy, etc. is an advantage
- Having good communication skills, both oral and written, and able to work as a team as well as individually
- Having a strong desire for self-improvement and learning something new
- Strong analytical thinking and decision making
- A meticulous person with great attention to details
- Having Skills in other GRC areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance is a plus
