IT Compliance Team  

At Blibli.com, we are clear about our vision to empower Indonesians and are intentional about making that happen. As part of the IT GRC team, your role is to use your analytical and critical thinking abilities to design a GRC framework that ensures effectiveness and identifies gaps between risks and controls so that the IT process in Blibli.com is aligned with the GRC framework.

• Design audit programs and test plans to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls and compliance with policies, procedure,s and applicable regulations and standards
• Perform risk-based audit in accordance with the defined audit criteria
• Manage audit progress and ensure all audit work is documented in an organized, accurate, and concise manner
• Provide value-added recommendation and corrective action to strengthen and improve the control requirements
• Prepare audit reports and communicate the audit results with users and management to obtain commitment on action plans to address identified areas of improvement
• Follow-up audit results to ensure the corrective action plans are timely implemented
• Liaise as company representative to manage audit fieldwork with external auditor
• Periodic monitoring of organizational targets/goals in achieving compliance outside scheduled audit periods
• Ensure that the organization adheres to applicable government regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree
• Having a minimum of three years of experience in the same or related field
• Experienced in IT Audit in industry / Public Accounting Firm / IT Consultant is an advantage
• Understanding audit, compliance, and information technology standards such as (but not limited to) PCI DSS and ISO 27001 would be an advantage.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification or other security or audit related certification is a plus
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.
• Have ability to work individually and collaboratively with others
• Excellent logical and analytical thinking, project management and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, motivated and strong drive to learn including independent learning
