Job Description
- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment
- Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Post totals to inventory records, manually or using computer.
- Compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Compile information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
- Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
- Prepare list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
- Operate office machines, such as typewriter or calculator.
- Stock and issue materials or merchandise.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills.
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
- Detail-oriented.
- Willing to work in Caloocan.
- Willing to start ASAP.
