Plant Operations Head  

The purpose of this position is to design, develop, implement and review good manufacturing process initiatives and perform technical consultancy to all the Business Units of Blaine Corporation and its related companies.

• Provides technical support/assistance or solutions on technical problems/ concerns of the respective Business Unit’s Technical Group.
• Provides technical assistance in the validation of equipment, processes/methods, systems, documents, personnel, facilities, materials and measurements.
• Manages the implementation of the system approaches and applicable techniques of all manufacturing activities and coordinates/ discuss these to the Business Unit Heads for cascade to their respective down lines.
• Ensures the manufacturing and distribution of only quality products as defined by the company’s thrusts in alignment to the Client’s requirement but considering all regulatory guidelines.
• Assists in the cost management to control all manufacturing activities to produce within the budgeted volume.
• Recommends effective utilization of plant resources in achieving target productivity and efficiency.

• Candidate should be a licensed Chemist; preferably with MBA
• Has at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing company with full background in Plant Operations, Processes, Methods, Materials and Product Quality
• Highly analytical and has strong leadership skills
