Job Description
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Develop relevant metrics which will be used to monitor project progress and completion
- Facilitate daily / weekly / biweekly discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution using daily scrum or other methodology for agile framework in order to monitor project progress
- Facilitate team and cross team’s coordination within the organization on how use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining and managing the Product backlog.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years’ relevant experience in Project Management & Scrum Master area
- Having experience in E-Commerce is a plus.
