Job Description

  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and other departments
  • Resolving benefit-related problems
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Assisting with new employee hiring processes
  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
  • Hiring, timekeeping, employee relation and coordination
  • Other tasks that may be duly assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 6 months experience on HR-related tasks namely timekeeping, recruitment, employee relation and coordination
  • should be reliable and hardworking
  • result-oriented and amenable to work for long work hours
  • willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City and Kapitolyo, Pasig City
