Job Description
- Facilitating human resources processes
- Acting as a liaison between employees and other departments
- Resolving benefit-related problems
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
- Hiring, timekeeping, employee relation and coordination
- Other tasks that may be duly assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 6 months experience on HR-related tasks namely timekeeping, recruitment, employee relation and coordination
- should be reliable and hardworking
- result-oriented and amenable to work for long work hours
- willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City and Kapitolyo, Pasig City
