Job Description
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- other tasks that may be duly assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales supervisor or any related job experience
- Efficient at the management of a sales team
- Willing to do fieldwork around Metro Manila
- Amenable to report in Binondo, Manila
- Hardworking and result-oriented
