Job Description
- Prepare billing statements and bookkeeping.
- Reconcile the inventory balances.
- Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
- Process payments as well as documents like invoices
- Make and track payments
- Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
- Validate invoices against items or services received
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy
- Key data into company accounting system
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or any equivalent course
- At least 1-year experience in the Accounting field or any related field
- Should be amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and coordination is a plus
